Amy Pena
Amy Palacios Pena is a Speech Language Pathologist and Early Childhood Developmental Specialist with over 10 years of experience working in the field of pediatrics. Mrs. Pena obtained her master’s degree in 2010 from Texas Woman’s University. She established the FIRST developmental day school in the Rio Grande Valley, which caters to both the neurotypical & atypical population ages 0-6.

Natasha Harris
Natasha Harris is the Founder, Presenter & Executive Owner of Integrity Training & Professional Services. She earned an Associates Degree in Liberal Studies from National Park Community College and a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Northwood University. Her focus is Early Childhood Education, with a specialty for leadership/management/administrators in Childcare Centers.

Debbie Elder
Debbie Elder is a passionate international speaker who edutains her audiences. She loves to share her incredible knowledge in simple steps that can be implemented immediately. Her easy going style is loved and accepted by audiences of all ages. She has experience speaking to students, teachers, corporate America, entrepreneurs and people who want to be successful at life!

Dr. Cynthia Small
Dr. Cynthia Jackson Small offers educational seminars for teachers, parents, and school administrators. She is a master registered trainer for the Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System and is a Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE). Dr. Small has previously served as the director of Early Childhood Programs with the ChildCareGroup in Dallas, Texas.

Dr. Magdalena Battles
Dr. Magdalena Battles has a PhD in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Child Psychology. Her post graduate studies were completed at Harvard. She is a writer and conference speaker. Her specialties include parenting, child development, family relationships, domestic violence, and sexual assault.

Kristin Miller
Mrs. Kristin Miller, M. Ed. has over 18 professional years in the field of education and early childhood. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Carolina, and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University, Austin. She is a registered Master Trainer within the Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System.

Lakeshia Dorsey
Lakeshia Dorsey, M. Ed., has over a decade of experience as an early childhood educator. She also has 2 years of experience instructing CDA courses. As an early childhood educator, she served as a pre-kindergarten and kindergarten teacher, preschool owner, child development professor and early childhood trainer.

Reshaun Webb
ReShaun Webb is a native of San Antonio where she has been an Early Childhood Educator for over 20 years. She started out as a floater in 1999 and as of current operates as a Director/Owner of a small Lutheran Daycare Center. ReShaun has two degree that she is proud of; B.S in Child Studies and a M.S in ECE and Adult Education.

Charkeiro Parker
Charkeiro Parker has been teaching in Education for 10 years and have 7 years specifically in Early Childhood! She obtained her B.S. in Business Management and currently obtaining her Master’s in Education specializing in Curriculum & Instruction.
