Jocelyn Jackson

Jocelyn Jackson is an experienced childcare and education professional with over 20 years of dedicated service in the early childhood field. She began her professional journey by earning her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in 2009 and later obtained her Director’s Credential in 2016, reflecting a strong foundation in both classroom instruction and program leadership.

Throughout her career, Jocelyn has worked with numerous curricula and has served as an Assistant Director since 2016, supporting daily operations, staff supervision, and the implementation of developmentally appropriate programming. Her leadership experience is further enhanced by four years working with the Orange County School System as a Substitute Teacher, where she built rapport with students across multiple age groups and adapted to varied classroom environments.

Jocelyn holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Daytona State College, earned in May 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Florida International University, completed in May 2024. She is passionate about creating safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environments and is committed to supporting children’s growth, staff development, and strong partnerships with families and the community.

Outside of work, Jocelyn enjoys spending quality time with her family, cheering on her son — who plays college football — and going to concerts. She also enjoys trying new restaurants and exploring amusement parks.
