Fulfillment Policies

Delivery Policy

All printed trainings are printed and shipped out via USPS or UPS within 7 business days of the date ordered. CDA handbooks are shipped just prior to the start of the first class.

Cancelation/Refund Policy

Printed Training Materials: All printed trainings are printed on demand once the order is received and cannot be returned for a refund after the order has been shipped out.

Online Training Classes: Online training, without printed material shipped can receive a full refund if canceled before the class begins. Online training (not including CDA training) that includes printed material shipped, can receive a 50% refund if canceled before the class begins. Online CDA training orders can receive a full refund, if the class has not started and the printed training material has not been shipped out. There are no refunds available for any online class that has already started.

Online CDA Training: Online CDA training orders can receive a full refund if the class has not started and the printed training material has not been shipped out. Online CDA training orders can receive a 50% refund, if the class has not started and the printed training material has already been shipped out, and the CDA handbook is returned in its original package in new condition. There are no refunds available for any online class that has already started.

On-Site Training Events: For all on-site training events, a full refund can be received if we are notified at least 10 days prior to the training event. If we are notified 9 days prior up until 1 day prior to the event, a 50% refund can be received. There are no refunds available for any on-site events once the event has already started.

Training Cancelation: If we cancel an Online Class, CDA Online Training or On-Site Training Event, we will give the option to attend a future training at a later date, use the money spent toward other training options, or receive a full refund.
