Due to the spread of COVID-19 we are taking steps to protect our conference trainers and attendees.
As of today, 3/13/2020, we are postponing all upcoming training events and will reschedule them for a future date once the situation has stabilized.

What about my tickets?
If you have already purchased tickets for one of our postponed events you don’t need to do anything. Your ticket will be automatically reassigned to the new date when we reschedule. You’ll also receive an email with more details once that occurs.
If you are director of a childcare center and have purchased tickets for your employees, you will be able to reassign the tickets to different employees once we have rescheduled the event.
What if the new date doesn’t work for me?
If the rescheduled date doesn’t work for you, just contact us for a voucher good at any conference one year from the rescheduled date. NOTE: We are unable to provide a voucher until we have scheduled the new conference. Please wait until we send you an email with your new ticket.
What are the new dates?
We haven’t yet rescheduled any postponed events. Once the dates are decided we’ll update this page and send you an email with the new schedule and your new ticket.
